Community partners are those who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our youth, or focus on a specific issue that may be related to healthy youth. Examples include service clubs, local businesses, health care professionals, youth-serving organizations, faith communities, or issue-based organizations.
I’ve supported Healthy Youth Network (formerly HC-HY Flamborough) since its inception in 2010, providing in-kind services. I’ve participated in asset training and keep those in mind in all interactions with youth. As a former Co-Chair on WDHS Parent Council, I’ve seen real progress in student-teacher relationships.”
