Become a HYN Partner!

We want you to consider becoming a partner of Healthy Youth Network. As a member of our community, we know that you have a vested interest in seeing Hamilton youth healthy and thriving as part of your commitment to corporate responsibility. After all these may be your employees children, or perhaps your own. Our youth are not only the leaders, workers and citizens of tomorrow, but in many ways are those things here and now. The investment we make together in their health makes our community stronger not just in the future, but today too.

These partnerships also offer a significant benefit to your organization as well, helping achieve your organization’s targets and outcomes.

Our research has proven that asset building not only helps youth and their families, but makes for better employees as well, reducing stress and increasing productivity.

As a member of the Healthy Youth Network, you are connected with likeminded community leaders and service providers, increasing your exposure and opportunity for collaboration with others who share the same goals and vision as you do.

Social Responsibility

We provide businesses and organizations with tangible opportunities to showcase their commitment to social responsibility.

What’s Your Path: Invest in helping young people refine their skills, passions & interests in order to develop a path for the future based on their priorities and goals. Though building confidence, reducing barriers, and connecting them to the resources and support they need, we will ensure young people are future-ready. Learn more.

Ally Program: We believe in training and equipping youth to lead change. By training youth to become allies, we envision building a program that is youth-led, empowers students to learn how to stand up and speak out about gender-based violence, and create a safer community. Learn more.

The Flamborough Paint Challenge: This annual powder paint challenge includes an epic obstacle course that winds through Joe Sam’s Park, mini games, entertainment and a BBQ. Entirely youth-led, this family event brings the community together and helps support our projects while building relationships, skills, and awareness of assets. Become a sponsor, put in a team, or create your own challenge. Learn more.

The Flamborough Review is committed to supporting community initiatives. It’s been fun to encourage and challenge other local business to get involved and cover the content of the HYN in our newspaper and online.

Our staff are encouraged to participate and engage as part of our “Connected to the Community and have enjoyed participating each year in the Flamborough Paint Challenge.

The positive impact of Healthy Youth Network engages youth, that leads to healthy successful adulthood.”
