AS A SPONSOR YOU WILL REACH:

Participants:

Over the past few Flamborough Paint Challenges, we have averaged approximately 350 participants.  In 2024, our goal is 450 due to our expanded reach into Burlington.

Audience:  

The majority of participants are families from Flamborough.  Last year we saw an increase in teams from local businesses and believe this will continue to grow.

We saturate Flamborough with a strong media campaign which features the logos of our sponsors* (Bronze to Platinum).  This includes:

• Social media posts on both Healthy Youth Network and Flamborough Paint Challenge pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).  They are also posted on community and local group pages.
• 200 Posters distributed to local businesses and schools
• 200 Postcards distributed at events (ie. Flamborough Chamber of Commerce, schools) and to businesses.
• 10 3’ x 8’ banners placed in high traffic areas throughout Flamborough
• Promotion in the local newspaper and CHCH News (including live coverage at the event)

*Sponsors must meet the printing deadline

We are expanding our reach into Hamilton and Burlington.

At the event, a large poster lists all our sponsors.
